By purchasing from Shayenne Amara Arts, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. PRODUCTS & ARTWORK

We make every effort to display artwork, colours, and product details accurately. Because screens may display colours differently, slight variations between on-screen images and physical artwork may occur.

All artwork dimensions and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in British Pounds.

Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed for commissions or custom work. We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details regarding returns, exchanges, damaged items, and non-refundable products.

5. COMMISSIONS & CUSTOM WORK

Commissioned or custom artwork may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving sketches, drafts, or proofs during the process. Once final approval is given, additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Custom and commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, images, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Shayenne Amara Arts.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use artwork without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to display sold or commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, promotional materials, and galleries unless otherwise agreed.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shayenne Amara Arts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
