Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your artwork. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Prints:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original Artwork:
Original pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

Commissions & Custom Artwork:
Custom and commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable deposit and cannot be refunded once work has begun.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
