Thank you for supporting Shayenne Amara Arts. The following Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.
1. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within [3–7] business days unless otherwise stated.
Commissioned or custom artwork may require additional production time. Estimated completion timelines will be discussed before purchase.
Please note that processing times may increase during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as [Royal Mail / UPS / DHL / FedEx / Evri].
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times:

3. PACKAGING
Artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery.
Depending on the artwork type, orders may be shipped in protective sleeves, rigid mailers, tubes, padded packaging, or reinforced boxes.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with locating the shipment.
7. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the artwork
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of any damage
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
8. SHIPPING INSURANCE
Some shipments may include insurance depending on the artwork value and shipping method selected.
